Formed in 2012, the N’awlins Nymphs are the official satirical female component of the ever-edgy Krewe d’Etat parade.
Their mascot, the water nymph, draws attention to our local water ecology, beautiful bayous, lakes, and swamps and encourages an
environmentally sustainable crusade.
The Nymphs change thematic targets annually. Made up of local and international members, these sassy dancing ladies believe in Lagniappe, where more is more.
Past themes have poked fun or celebrated reality television, Saints football, S&WB challenges, the delayed opening of the MSY airport, the Fauci pandemic, and last but not least, the City of New Orleans.
